Seria ULTRA 4 – REGULAMIN KIBICA / FAN REGULATIONS

📌 Informacje ogólne / General Information

🇵🇱 Organizatorem imprezy jest Europejska Fundacja na Rzecz Rozwoju Bezpieczeństwa w Sportach Motorowych z siedzibą w Mędłowie.
🇬🇧 The event is organized by the European Foundation for the Development of Safety in Motorsport, based in Mędłów.

💰 Opłaty / Fees

• 🇵🇱 Informacja o wjeździe 🚗⛺

  👉 Camping: darowizna 90 zł / pojazd / dzień lub 300 zł / 4 dni.
  Każde auto otrzyma specjalną naklejkę do oznaczenia 🚘, a każdy uczestnik opaskę na rękę 🎟️.
  Miło nam będzie, jeśli w biurze wydarzenia wymienicie walutę na koszulki 👕🙂.

  👉 Parking: wjazd bezpłatny.
  Jeżeli jednak zechcecie wesprzeć naszą fundację 🙏, w zamian otrzymacie koszulkę:
  👕 tegoroczna – 100 zł
  👕 ubiegłoroczna – 60 zł
  Koszulki będą dostępne w biurze wydarzenia.

  🇬🇧 Entry Information 🚗⛺

  👉 Camping: donation 90 PLN / vehicle / day or 300 PLN / 4 days.
  Each car will receive a special sticker 🚘, and every participant a wristband 🎟️.
  We’ll be happy if you exchange your support for T-shirts 👕 at the event office 🙂.

  👉 Parking: entry is free of charge.
  However, if you’d like to support our foundation 🙏, you can receive a T-shirt in return:
  👕 this year’s – 100 PLN
  👕 last year’s – 60 PLN
  T-shirts are available at the event office.

📜 Postanowienia ogólne / General Provisions

1. 🇵🇱 Organizator ma prawo interpretacji regulaminu i rozstrzygania wszelkich sporów.
   🇬🇧 The Organizer reserves the right to interpret the regulations and resolve all disputes.

2. 🇵🇱 Informacje o wydarzeniu publikowane są na:

   📘 www.facebook.com/kingofpolandmosfy
   🇬🇧 Event info is published at the above websites.

3. 🇵🇱 Nadzór nad wydarzeniem sprawują osoby wyznaczone przez organizatora.
   🇬🇧 The event is supervised by persons appointed by the Organizer.

4. 🇵🇱 Uczestnik wchodząc na teren oświadcza, że zapoznał się z regulaminem i go akceptuje.
   🇬🇧 Entry implies full acceptance of these regulations.

5. 🇵🇱 Osoby niepełnoletnie mogą przebywać tylko z opiekunem prawnym.
   🇬🇧 Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

6. 🇵🇱 Uczestnik akceptuje klauzulę braku odpowiedzialności organizatora za wszelkie szkody, przebywa na rajdzie na własne ryzyko.
   🇬🇧 Participants attend at their own risk and waive any claims for damages against the Organizer.

⚠️ Bezpieczeństwo i zachowanie / Safety & Conduct

7. 🇵🇱 Organizator może wykluczyć osoby zachowujące się agresywnie, niekulturalnie lub stwarzające zagrożenie.
   🇬🇧 The Organizer may remove individuals behaving aggressively, rudely, or dangerously.

8. 🇵🇱 Organizator nie odpowiada za szkody wyrządzone przez uczestników.
   🇬🇧 The Organizer is not liable for damages caused by participants.

9. 🇵🇱 Organizator nie odpowiada za problemy wynikające ze złego stanu zdrowia uczestnika.
   🇬🇧 The Organizer is not responsible for any health-related issues.

10. 🇵🇱 Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo:

• odmowy wstępu ze względów bezpieczeństwa,

• nakazu opuszczenia terenu wydarzenia.
  🇬🇧 The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any spectator for safety reasons.

11. 🇵🇱 Organizator może zmienić harmonogram i zasady wydarzenia.
    🇬🇧 The Organizer may change the schedule or rules to ensure safety and compliance with authorities.

✅ Obowiązki kibica / Fan Responsibilities

Kibic zobowiązany jest:
The spectator is required to:
✔️ nie zakłócać porządku publicznego
  not disturb public order
✔️ nie wchodzić na trasę rajdu
  not enter the rally route
✔️ przestrzegać regulaminu
  comply with the event regulations
✔️ dbać o bezpieczeństwo swoje i innych
  ensure the safety of themselves and others
✔️ stosować się do poleceń organizatora
  follow instructions given by the Organizer or authorized personnel
✔️ zgłaszać potencjalne zagrożenia
  report any observed threats or hazards

❌ Zakazy / Prohibited Actions

Zabrania się:
It is strictly prohibited to:
🚫 przebywania pod wpływem alkoholu, narkotyków, itp.
  be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or similar substances
🚫 zachowań agresywnych lub prowokacyjnych
  engage in aggressive or provocative behavior
🚫 wnoszenia niebezpiecznych przedmiotów
  bring dangerous or prohibited items onto the premises
🚫 spożywania alkoholu i środków odurzających
  consume alcohol or intoxicating substances
🚫 wchodzenia na trasę rajdu
  enter the rally course
🚫 rozpalania ognisk 🔥
  light fires or open flames
🚫 zaśmiecania terenu 🗑️
  litter the area or pollute the environment
🚫 umieszczania reklam bez zgody organizatora
  display advertisements without the Organizer’s permission
